Refunds are not available for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
As it is an edible item so there is not return and refund policy.
b. Non-Refundable Items:
Perishable items (e.g., coffee beans, instant coffee, ground coffee, or brewed coffee) are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled after placing the order.
